Duration of post graduate work permit Regina, Saskatchewan

Hello everyone,

I will be completing my master program from University of Regina in 16 months, so I was wondering about the duration of post graduate work permit. What would be the duration of it? As far as I know it depends upon the degree program (if it is 2 year then it will be 2-3 years)but I saw few cases who completed their masters program in 16 months and got post graduate work permit of 1 year. Is the duration of completion of degree the reason??

In my opinion PSWP duration is dependent on duration of your program as well as the earned credits and you need at least 30 credits to get a 03 years PSWP .

I am going to start a post graduate diploma in January 2015 . My program duration written on LOA is 1 to 2 years and and I will earn 18 credits on completion but don't know what ll be the duration of PSWP in my case, confused too
