Duration of M.Eng at University of Ottawa

I just have a quick question.

Can anyone tell me what is the actual duration of M.Eng Course (course based) at Ottawa University Dept. Of Elect Engg ?

Also, how many semesters/terms an international student has to register in each year in order to maintain his full-time international student status ?

Any help in this regard will be highly appreciated.
