Hello All,
On June 17th I received a "Ready for Visa" email from IRCC requesting to send the Passport along with photographs. I sent them the Passports for my wife and I on June 20th and as per Fedex tracking they received the package on June 21st.
However, today (June 23rd) I got "Ready for Visa" email again which has same exact instructions.

Is this normal for them to send duplicate emails? Or perhaps a reminder email every 6-7 days even after you have submitted the requested documents?
