Dubai visa not cancelled. Can i apply under spp for Jan intake? Urgent!!

Hey Friends,

I have not cancelled my dubai employment visa. But it automatically cancelled if I not enter in UAE within six months. Will it create any problem for Canada study permit under spp??

Need some clarity.. Where are you currently? As in, are you working in Dubai or it was cancelled some time back because you did not enter UAE?

Currently i am in India. Yeah i was working in dubai on employment visa. I came India on 29 Dec 2015 due to some ofc work and then decided not go Dubai again and got resignation and experience letter from that company. They had cancelled my visa in dubai but there is no cancellation stamp on my passport.

So i just want to know will it create any problem if i apply for canada student permit under spp??

Should'nt create a problem as long as you clearly mention this cancellation in your application forms and SOP. Do not make the VO feel you were trying to hide any information from him.
