Dubai Police Certficate

Does anyone know how to obtain a Police Certificate from Dubai without going there in person?. I had obtained a copy before I left Dubai a few years ago. Can i fill out the forms and have a friend submit it for me?. Any suggestion or advice will be greatly appreciated.

If you are not residing in Dubai, you will still need a friend or relative in Dubai to complete the final leg of the process for you.

I remember getting my wife fingerprinted here, then sent to UAE consulate, and then had to send something to Dubai, which my friend went to Dubai Police to get the actual report. He then sent it back to me.

How did u get the fingerprints attested and sent?
