Dual Nationality - Express Entry

Confused with my dual nationality ...going to Canada!!!
I will be appreciate if any one can help me with my application... I have British and Iranian nationality and would like to go to Canada through EE.
I have work experience from both country but still don't know how can I address my foreign work experience... as am not foreigner in either country but in reality I have foreign work experience ....
your advise will be much appreciated

Foreign work experience = foreign to Canada

So you list both British, Iranian (and anywhere else) experience.
