My Niece was refused British Visitors Visa last year just because of some errors in her application. But she just got admission into Niagara College.
In the Canadian Study permit application form, question 2b under background information. It says: Have you ever been refused a visa or permit, denied entry or ordered to leave Canada or any other country or territory?
What should be the best safest answer to this question? Will answering yes affect her chances of getting her study permit?
Canada have never denied her visa in the past, except Britain, because of error in her application.
