I was wondering if I went on a trip to Canada, could I decide to stay to live there during the trip? I've been in the US for the past ten years but I'm going to be taking a trip to Canada soon and I might want to stay there during the trip. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If you are a Canadian citizen, you can move back to Canada at any time.

Okay thank you! I didn't know if they would be expecting me to leave the country at a certain time but then that not happening because I decided to stay. Just want to make sure I didn't cause any trouble if I went about it that way.
