I have dual citizenship Canadian/US, and we found a school for my daughter that is a perfect fit. We are exploring the option to relocate back to Canada, Since I do consulting, its almost weekly travel to US. I also hold a nexus card, Can this be legally done?

yes, it's perfectly fine. the only issue that may come up is paying canadian taxes, since your us employer won't be able to contribute for you. If you choose to reside in Canada, you will be required to file BOTH Canadian and US taxes.
