Dropped college and worked

Hi! I am an international student from india and i started studying at douglas college for a 1 year programme from january and then i thought of changing to a two year programme starting coming sept at langara. During my days at douglas.. i left the college and my courses and transferred my remaining tuition fees to langara (mid april) and i have been working full time ever since then. Am i allowed to do this ?

No you are not allowed. You have violated your study permit regulations. You worked full time while supposed to be part time and you did not attend school so you've been working illegally as well.

is ur study permit still valid? meaning after 3 months of not studying ur college must have reported ur absence . I dont know how u going to explain that during extension of ur study permit or PGWP

My study permit is valid till april next year moreover i have recieved loa from lanagara for a two year programme for which i have to extend my study visa this december

It's quite possible your study permit has been cancelled and you're now in Canada without status. Study permits are automatically canceled once you've stopped attending school for more than 90 days.

You've also been working illegally - so that complicates your situation.

I know its valid on paper but after 3 months of absence IRCC may cancel ur study permit for failure of not fulfilling ut study permit obligations. In either case how r u going to explain the gap thats my question

I just informed douglas that i ll be leaving joining langara from september and need a refund to which they transferred my balance to langara.

but did u ask if ur will remain a student at douglas till September? if douglas reports ur absence to IRCC which they have to do legally IRCC will cancel ur study permit after 3 months

No i didnt ... neither did i apply for any summer break.. i just informed them of the transfer..

Then you should assume your study permit was automatically canceled 90 days after you stopped attending classes. If you've already passed that 90 days, that would put you in Canada without status. You need to apply for restoration and also need to stop working immediately. Hard to say where things will go from here due to the illegal work.
