Driving license exchange

Hello,

I have a Quebec driving license for less than 2 years. But I have several years of driving experience in other places.
SAAQ issued me a letter that confirms I have driving experience for about 227 months from another country.

I want to move to Ontario. Could you please let me know that can I apply for a "full G" driving license there without any road tests?
