Driving Licence Verification & Proceduer

Hi All . I need help;
I have a Pakistani Driving licence - having experience of driving 18 yrs. I need my licence to be verified from Pak-Embassy or Pak-Traffic Police.
Kindly tell me the following :

1- who to contact Pak-Embassy or Pak-Traffic Police ?
2- their email /phone numbers?
3- Fee ?
4- Form IF ANY?
5- How much time do they take to giv the verification result ?
6- Do I have to go thru the verification procedure or Alberta - registry does it for us ?

I am sure those who hv gone thru this verification procedure CAN ans my Questions
