Driving licence exchange

Hi all,

All official government websites provide a link to drivetest.ca for all questions related to driving licence exchange... but i ve been trying to get on this website for a week and it is just not loading... anyone has the same issue? tried from different devices too... is there a new website ?? cannot find any info at all..

Ontario.. am currently in UK.. doesn't load at all - shows "this site cannot be reached" .. thats so weird? any suggestions?
