I need your expertise in understanding few things-
1. Post PR, I do understand that we must land in Canada before medical expires(as PR visa validity lies up to that). But what if we do not land before medical/PR visa expires? Is there any way which can ensure that we do not loose our PR and can land even after that?
2. Is soft landing a legal and valid option? Ive read mixed reviews about the same.
3. Suppose PA do a soft landing and returns without collecting PR card, then can secondary applicant travel later(without PA or PR card) while PA is not in Canada? Thinking on the lines if SA can travel later to collect PR card.
4. Can PR card be received by some friend/relative in our absence or PA's physical presence is mandatory to receive the same.
5. Can PR Card be legally and safely couriered to India from Canada?

1. The COPR (PR visa) will have an expiry date that is equal to your medical expiry date. If you do not land on or before the expiry date, then you will lose your chance to become a PR and will have to apply for PR again from the start. No - there is no way you can land after that. You either land on or before the expiry date - or you don't get PR.
2. Yes.
3. Yes. However the SA must land before the expiry of the COPR.
4. Yes.
5. Yes.
