I need some information. Me and my wife live in Canada as permanent residents. Our family members are coming to Canada to visit us for short duration 2 - 3 months. Below are my questions:
1) Is there any rule that, person need to travel within 90 days from the date when visitor visa is issued ?
2) My family members are visiting us on different dates, so is it good to apply visitor visa all of them together or apply individually on different dates. We want to avoid any visa rejections.
3) for family visitor visa, do we need to show travel tickets during submitting application for visitor visa at VFS Canada.
No rule. They can travel/visit anytime during the validity of their TRVs.

Not necessary to buy confirmed tickets. You can submit provisional flight bookings and mention that tickets will be confirmed when the TRVs are issued.
If you still wish to buy flight tickets then do buy refundable ones/tickets which allow for date change
Hi,
No rule. They can travel/visit anytime during the validity of their TRVs.
Would they be traveling within a few days or each other.... or a few weeks/a couple of months?
They would be travelling after 2 months. Should they submit together or individually

The first person should apply alone.... two months later, the next two persons will apply individually, but submit these applications together.
If all 3 are immediate family (with no other immediate family members in their home country) then the second set of persons must show even stronger ties/reasons to return
