Doubts for Indian lawyer in process of EE

Hello all

My spouse is a lawyer in India and she is practicing law under a senior advocate.

I am in process to making profile for express entry.

Question 1 - what are the documents needed to prove my work experience,

Question 2- She was getting cash in hand for each case she did. So how to justify that her experience is a paid experience.

Question 3. - how many refrence letters from clients(if required) are enough to prove her experience.

Any indian lawyers who are in process of express entry , it would be great if you can contact me

Indian lawyers need
1- Bar Council certificate of good standing ( it mentions no case or complaint is pending at bar against the lawyer)
2- bar association certificate ( it should contain the details and good sentences about the lawyer like practincing and member of this bar since... and good conduct .. handling cases such as civil criminal .. etc etc)
3- if the lawyer is associated with the office then the a good reference letter by the boss on his letter pad detailing the job duties matching the duties in noc
4- stamp of advocate
5- licence copy
6- bank statement of last 6 months
7- explaining your duties and working hours on own letter pad
