Doubts about the immigration process in my case

I'm a 25 years old Venezuelan about to finish electronic engineering in my country, as many might now, the situation in Venezuela is horrible, obviously I'm planning moving out just after i get my degree (January 2020) and i was thinking about Canada, I've been reading a lot about the processes that everyone can follow to work in Canada, but at the same time i saw that Venezuelans have some kind of especial treatment that i am not sure how it works.
In my case of a 25 years old Venezuelan, fresh graduated on electronic engineering, with little work experience on the field, what would be the best process to follow?
