Doubts about PPR

Hi,
I add my wife in my PR application, she is in India now. Now the time for PPR. We got the letter under my name ( principle applicant). I have some doubts while filling vfs webform. They asking a question like this “Is the name printed on the Passport Submission letter correct as per the name mentioned in your passport?”. When she filing the vfs webform ,what will be answer since they didn’t mention her name on the letter?
