Dear Friends,

I have a doubt regarding the POF for Ontario PNP/EE. My CRS is 425 and there is a chance of getting EOI soon. I have accumulated the required POF in my salary account for more than 6 months, but now noticed that there are emi’s for housing, personal loans and a credit card (these liabilities I am thinking not to show to CIC ). So what can I do in this stage?

1. I have an old account (zero balance), can I slowly move the money to that account and lastly the remaining as a gift deed from my father? (but here the 6 months requirement will not satisfy if I get the NOI soon) or

2. Can I transfer the full amount to my father’s account and frame a gift deed to the new account?

Experts, please advise.
