I have received a sealed envelope from my university MDU,Rohtak which contains my transcript .Its also mentioned on WES website to send photocopy of degree.Shall i send both of them .i.e. the sealed envelope and photocopy in a single bigger envelope or is there any other way for this ?
Only photocopy of degree is sufficient or do we need to send photocopy of all mark sheets also.?

Yes you need to send both of them in the bigger envelope - just photocopy of degree and the sealed transcripts from your university. DHL is better - fast and reliable. They provide a student discount also - check before sending
