I was wondering where to sign it, as I found this on buffalo checklist

Check that it is complete and signed by the principal applicant.

Hey uwindsor you're right! I didn't paid attention to that detail before !

I think that the mistake is within the local visa office checklist, because the CIO checklist is correct.

Anyway, there's no signature required in the IMM 0008 (generic).
