Doubt- Choosing a province to apply for EE programs

Hello,

I am interested in applying for the Express Entry via Federal Skilled Worker Program, but I am not sure if you have to choose the province where you aim to apply for the residence beforehand or if you just get noticed in which province your residence application has been accepted. In case I should choose the province during the application of the Express Entry via Federal Skilled Worker Program, I will also appreciate if you can support me with the list of provinces where I can apply, as I cannot find it.

If you want to settle anywhere in Canada then select all provinces except Quebec when you create your express entry profile. Quebec has its own immigration system, so you can't intend to immigrate to Quebec via express entry.

If you apply for EE via the federal skilled worker program then you can immigrate to any province (except Quebec). You only need to immigrate to a specific province if you apply through a provincial nominee program.
