Hi All,
My friend is also putting his papers under 1122, but he has doen 8th, 10th, 12th and Bcom through correspondence. Also he has done LLB regular.
Will this affect his application as he has done most of his studies through correspondence. Should he make his wife prime applicant? He has euqivalent certificate for graduation.
Please advice. :-\
Seniors pleaseeeeeeee.....reply.....

yes anyone can be prime applicant provided his/her duties match with NOC list of 29.

He himself wants to be prime applicant. But is afarid of applying because of all his studies through correspondense except LLB which he has regular.

he will not get any education marks, either he is apply as prime applicant or spouce.
correspondence is accepted for points as long as it is a recognised university.
My friend has done graduation from punjab university.
The consultant is saying that he will not take his case as the risk of rejection is very high as he has done 8th, 10th, 12th and graduation from correspondence.
Seniors please suggets????????
i am not sure what else to suggest other than "correspondence is accepted for points as long as it is a recognised university."
Tell consultant to read OP6. I don't know about correspondence for schooling but for university it is accepted.
For schooling, it should be accepted as it is not different from home-schooling.

See the certificates of 10th /12th class, whether it has issued by the Distant education Deptt, ,As per my knowledge , no Board in India undertook the exams of 8 or 10 class through correspondence ,however you may appear as pvt candidates.
