Done 3 year diploma after 12th

i am confused about my profile.
I had done 3 year diploma in Computer science after 12th. I verified with IQAS and its completed today which is equivalent to Post secondary certificate.
Do i have to select two or more certificate in CRS calculator? Because i have 12th and 3 years of diploma.

12th is not a diploma so it won't be counted towards two or more degree/certificates.

What need to be selected for WES from below , as i had done 3 year diploma in Computer science after 12th

Select:
-None, or less than secondary (high school)
-Secondary diploma (high school graduation)
-One-year program at a university, college, trade or technical school, or other institute
-Two-year program at a university, college, trade or technical school, or other institute
-Bachelor’s degree (three or more year program at a university, college, trade or technical
-Two or more certificates, diplomas or degrees. One must be for a program of three or more
