I have finished my 1st-year study and I can be offered a 4-month work with the possibility of permanency.

The 4-month work is not a coop or internship. My 1-year study was a post-graduate certificate and I was planning to do a 1-year study again for the 3 years of PGWP.

If I go back to studies after the 4-month work contract, will I be still eligible for the PGWP of 3 years?
