does wes evaluate 3 years diploma

Hi, i have completed 10+2(arts background) and 3 years full time Diploma in mechanical engineering from west bangal state council of technical educatio.
will wes evaluate as a " 3 years post secondary diploma" or "bachelor's degree?

Probably a diploma since this doesn't sound like a Bachelor's degree. You'll know for sure only after they send you the ECA.

yeah, that's true.
Actually i also think that. But some of people comments like that, that's why i confused.
