Does WES accepts IGNOU PG Certificate (6 months)

I am trying to get additional points under "Two or more certificates, diplomas or degrees. One must be for a program of three or more years." education category. I already have a 3-year bachelors degree, so was thinking about doing a 6 month PG Certificate programme from IGNOU.

I see IGNOU degrees and diplomas are accepted by WES, but couldn't find any information about PG Certificates. If I get a PG certificate from IGNOU and it gets accepted by WES, I think I can claim "Two or more certificates, diplomas or degrees. One must be for a program of three or more years."

Is anyone able to throw some light into this?

Nope
