I have been working with a Canadian company for a little over 1year, and that period includes 1.5 months of vacation. I was hired beginning of February and currently employed with the same company.
I know that the rules states : 12 months of full-time work: 30 hours/week for 12 months = 1 year full time (1,560 hours),
Given that I have worked tons of overtime which would surpass (1560hours), I took vacation + personal days from Dec 8th to Feb 1st
Am i eligible to apply for express entry now? Or do i need to wait for the missed work for vacation?
Tldr : took vacation for about a month or so, but fulfill the hours already

You need a year of work experience to be eligible so it doesn’t matter if you fulfilled hours. Was your vacation fully paid for 1.5 months? If so, it is possible.

Agreed with the above. What matters is if it was a paid vacation. If you continued to be paid your regular full time wage while on vacation, then it counts. Otherwise no.
Overtime hours can't be used to make up for missing weeks. You need to have 52 separate weeks where you worked at least 30 hours per week or where you were paid the equivalent of at least 30 hours per week even though you were on vacation.
