What does this mean? is this passport request? Please I would love an answer ASAP!

Probably not if its the first correspondance for pa. Was this under pa or sponsor side? If it is sponsor side maybe!! Depends on when you submitted etc... not much info here but looks like the sponsor was approved

My ECAS was updated today even though I got request for additional documents yesterday on GCKEY. I have already uploaded all the requested documents. I don't know when they will get updated and if the information provided is enough. You need to check the GCKEY which will tell you/spouse what is required.

not sure where you are seeing decision made. They are requesting further documents before they can go forward.

If you check the ECAS and see the status changed to Decision Made, then it probably means your case has been approved. Otherwise, you may still need to wait a bit for the final approval.
The message in PA's ECAS account is not a PPR. PPR will send to you as an email, either after the ECAS is changed to DM or before the update.
