Does the spouse education qualification considered without IELTS score

I got 6.5 In IELTS.

When I checked on CRS tool, I got overall score of 434 points (including my qualification + job experience+ Spouse education + spouse Job experience)

Am I eligible to apply for Canada express entry visa with 6.5 IELTS score ?
Can I include my spouse education qualification in the application without her IELTS score ?

I am not an expert so please take this with a pinch of salt.

I am planing to do that same. I am getting ECA for my spouse educational degree and I plan to get point for her experience but in case we think we are over the line she may not appear for IELTS.

Yes you can include your spouse's education so long as there is a an ECA for it. Your spouse does't need IELTS to include his/her ECA.
