For example if I only have a 2-year Canadian Diploma right now, but do a bachelor's degree or 3-year diploma next, can I claim points for the "two or more post-secondary program credentials" in CRS? or does that only apply when you do a shorter diploma AFTER a bachelor's

Also does advanced standing or fast-tracking a diploma/degree make a difference to the length of program IRCC will consider it as?
