We are a family of four. Husband completes his 3 years to be eligible to apply for citizenship sooner than wife. However one of the children completes his 3 years end of the year. So if we want to apply as a family. Do we have to wait for the child to complete his 3 years eligibility i.e. 1,095 days? Or we can apply as soon as both parents are eligible?

No, you don't have to wait for the child to have 1,095 days. A minor (less than 18 years) can apply at anytime if he/she is applying with a parent who is eligible to apply.

Great thank you for your response
