Does the First AOR come by regular mail or email from the Nova Scotia Intake office?

Even my 2nd AOR, it came through email. No regular mail received.
 
Normally 2nd AOR comes through Regular mail.
 
1st Aor by email, I got 2nd Aor both email and post.
