Was going through the fsw application form and found a question that asks if spouse has knowledge of english/french and the options are yes/no. If yes then proof needs to be attached as in ielts results.
My understanding was that accompanying spouse needed an english language test only if the principal applicant is claiming points under adaptability?
My spouse can moderately converse in english but doesnt have ielts. Can I apply by mentioning no to the above question?. Will my application get rejected?

If you want few more points then only spouse has to give IELTS. If she didn't have IELTS then just select NO, and proceed. That is not a reason of application getting rejected.
I'm applying for fswp 2014 and already secured 66 points and the same month I'm getting married.
So my question is :
1) Can I ask my wife to take ielts so I can gain 5 points and apply for it. being newly married won't be any problem ?
2) Do I need to apply for my wife's visa also if I'm taking 5 points for adaptability or I can apply for her visa later on once i receive mine ?
Please advise me experts.... really so confused......
Thanks
I have a 4 year Bachelors degree in chemical engineering and 2.5 years of executive MBA degree. Both the degrees have been accessed and credential assessment have been approved from WES.
The problem is that I have no idea whether i get 22 points or 23 points?
