Hi,
IF I am not able to meet my residency obligations (not staying minimum of 2 years in a 5 year period), Can I renunciate my current PR voluntarily and apply for a fresh express entry application? I have the crs score which should get me an ITA. Also, I am serious about moving to canada this time and would like to continue on the path of possibly applying for a canadian citizenship. Will renunciating affect this in any way?

Thanks so much! I was not able to move before due to personal and professional reasons.
