Does Remote work from inside Canada for a foreign company considered FSW EXPERIENCE ?

I am working remotely for a foreign company from inside Canada. Is this considered FSW experience? Can I claim points for this experience as it says foreign experience is “Experience gained OUTSIDE Canada”

Half of the people say yes and other half no. It is upto the officer who checks your file. It’s risky though so I decided not to proceed
