One of my friend is coming to Canada as immigrant will he need Ielts to get admission in BBA in a university
 
I think so, I'm in the same situation and all the universities and colleges I have reached, the answer was very clear, I need to go for IELTS or TOEFL, because English is not my first language...anyways, not all the universities are the same, they all have different requirements...Recommendation: he should write to more than one institution and explain his situation
