Hi everyone,

I am going to upload the original PCC in color without issues, however, in the PDF translation package that I received from the translator, the translation + stamps are in color but the PCC copy that they included is not in color.

I have contacted them to ask them to resend me a package with a colored version of the PCC but they said that it is not required for it to be in color then proceeded to ignore my emails.

Will I have any issues? as per the CIC website, "Police certificates need to be a scan of the original police certificate(s) in colour. Certified true copies and unauthorized copies are unacceptable and will result in the application being rejected as incomplete."

I personally think that as long as I upload the original version in color, I will be fine but I want to make sure to avoid any possible unnecessary hassles.

Thanks in advance.
