If you studied 4 years to complete a course in 4 years - You are full-time. If however, you would have completed the degree in say 5 years then it is part-time.
Whether you working while you were studying has no relation to fulltime vs partime. Everything depends on the rules in the currently of education on what is considered fulltime, for example 9 or less credits per semester is considered part time.
I am in real need of help. I have done B.COM through School of Open learning from University of Delhi and WES has evaluated the degree as equivalent to BACHELORS DEGREE ( 4 YEARS) in CANADA. But since the degree was through correspondence, what should i mention in express entry profile under the FULL TIME/ PART TIME study option? I have tried putting it both and it doesn't make a difference in the CRS score. So should i go ahead with part time or full time? Will part time make a difference in their decision making process even if the score says the same?
I would really appreciate if someone can help me in this issue or if someone has gone through the same process?

Guys help me out!
I have done graduation from Sol.
It took me 5 year 2013-2018 .
My Wes will be coming on 31st January.
I have completed my 1 yr grad certificate from here in Canada and got CLB9 in IELTS.
During the correspondence education, i have worked full time and My responsibilities match NOC 1111.
Can I claim it.
I have met numerous lawyers in Canada and everyone has different opinions.
I have wasted more than $500 on consultation and I am still confused.
Anybody with the same story, please help.
It does matter if you have work experience in the same time you are studying. Based on my knowledge, full time students who work will not have their work experience counted in their study years. Only part time students can have their work experience time counted as far as I know.

I apologize for my previous post. Only for people who are studying in Canada full time, they cant claim any work experience they are having while studying. Only for people in canada.

Thanks for your prompt response.
I am curious because I have work experience during my masters and will it be conflicting information if I give full time.? Or should I simply select part time and submit the application?
