As the title suggests. The instructions are not clear.
It says if you're applying for an open work permit and spousal sponsorship to include everything in one mailed envelope. But then it says for the open work permit to only complete it on paper if
"If you can’t apply online because of a disability or because there is a problem with the online application, you can apply on paper."
So am I correct in assuming it needs to be done via paper?
if you include it all at once then she should be getting it around 4 or 5 months after you sent the application in. If you'd apply later online for it, then she would only get it when the sponsorship is almost being done processing.
