Hello, my wife is currently applying for PR in Canada under spousal sponsorship. She is a UK-British Citizen with a British passport. This will be her main passport in use and the home country under which she’s applying. She also has a Colombian passport through her parents and we were wondering if she has to disclose this in her application? If she doesn’t mention anything about her Colombian passport will it pose an issue? Or is it mandatory/on the safe side to include that she’s a dual citizen?

Best advice is to just follow the instruction in the Guide (IMM5289). Obviously, if any question(s) ask if she is a citizen of more than one country, she will answer truthfully, but unless she is instructed to provide the Colombian passport details, there's no need to disclose this.
