I am the applicant. My Canadian wife is the sponsor. I have filled the Additional Family Information (IMM 5406) form, specifying the details of my wife, my parents and siblings.
Do I now need to duplicate this form for my Canadian wife to fill out, so she can specify the details of her parents, siblings etc? Or does this form just need to be filled out by the immigration applicant (me)?
Thanks guys!
The sponsor does not fill it out.
no, the sponsor does NOT fill out this form, only the applicant does.
the spouse/family members being referred to on the form is for when more than 1 person is being sponsored for pr in the same application (ie: children, or 2 spouses being sponsored by a 3rd person.)

Ok, but I still enter my wife's name in the form, as she is my spouse, even though she isn't immigrating, correct?

It is quite confusing, but if it wasn't, everyone would be flocking to the North, right? Thanks for your help.
