The slag is different. According to Me BC hearing module is more like BBC news. and IDP is little difficult for me(my opinion.)

Thant's it no difference.

Go for BC because I have heard they are bit less strict on speaking module but all other are same,,

Depends on your city..
I am from mumbai so will speak about here..
I have heard the guys from British Council are very rude and they are too strict when conducting speaking tests.
So everyone in mumbai prefers IDP ;D
