Good day to you all!
I submitted my electronic application for PR after being invited to apply. My question is this. Does it always take 6 months for processing? Are there people who have received approval or rejection before the 6 month target? For example, do some people get a decision in 3-4-5 months?

To sum up, express entry is like buy a lottery where the price will be another lottery. There is no guarantee or anything similar. Some people will be transferred right away to local visa office after submission where as some will go to CIO and stuck there for 3-4 months before go to local visa office. At local visa office, some will get PR approval in 3 weeks some will be 9 months depend on the officer kindness. The whole process is random and the call center agent is useless. Just get it done and forget about it, what come will come. By that time, if you already move on to some other plan then just forget about Canada.
Our processing time for complete Express Entry applications is six months or less for 80% of cases. If your case is complex or if there are missing documents, it may take longer.
That is just how they advertise their product so it look like it worth your $1000 per person per application. But it is not what you will get actually. If you like gambling you will love express entry though
