Does IRCC still send Interm Work Authorization Letter (WP-EXT IMM 0127 E) to PGWP Applicants?

I applied for my PGWP yesterday and was told that once I apply, I will immediately get 2 letters 1. the acknowledgement letter and 2. interm work authorization letter (WP-EXT IMM 0127 E); but I didnt get the interim letter. Does IRCC still send out those? I did not violate any study permit conditions and also applied in-canada. I was hoping to receive it so I can show it to my future employer in case IRCC takes longer than usual processing time.
