Does CPA count as a Professional Designation?

For Express Entry education profile, does a Canadian CPA (Chartered Professional Accountant) count as a Professional Designation? Or would it count as an additional Bachelor degree?

Do you mean if I have a Bachelor in Commerce and a CPA designation, I can only select the option "Bachelor's Degree"? Not even the "Two or more Certificates"?

Hi I am also a CPA,CA. However my first designation was obtained when I successfully completed the Chartered Accountants Program in Australia.

I got an ECA from WES stating that my Australian CA had the 'Canadian equivalent' of a 'Postgraduate Diploma' (1 year). Under this scenario I was able to claim the '2 or more degrees, diplomas option' when combined with the ECA for my 'Bachelors Degree'.

Do you have a ECA for your degrees? A CPA designation doesn't give extra points.

i have done my bachelors and looking to do my ECA from WES or IQ, so want to know if i should also send my US CPA documents along with my bachelors certificate so that both can make it to "masters or two or more degree" ???

If you CPA was completed through a university or college, yes. WES only evaluates academic degrees not CPAs.
