MCA is a professional course with three years as duration and it will get masters even if WES evaluates it but MBA is a two years course so WES won't evaluate it as masters, check on kuber fb page there are several similar cases of CES where people got MBA as masters.

nope it wont iqas used to but they have paused their services till may 2020 you can check with icas or ices
