Hi,

Is anyone sure that the Buffalo Visa Office accept CELPIP as conclusive evidence of language proficiency for application of permanent residency under the class Federal Skilled Worker? Thank a lot!

On the “helpful hints” of the Buffalo Visa Office website, it says: “Acceptable tests are IELTS and TEF” but does not mention CELPIP. However, the CIC website includes CELPIP as one of the designated language tests.

I called CIC. The call centre agent didn't want to give my false information and recommended me to contact Buffalo Visa Office. But then the visa office reply me in the email saying: "This office will only answer questions from clients who have submitted applications here which have been accepted for processing."

Please help me :D

CIC call center are supposed to help people, but sometimes they are the one who needs help.
