Does biometric request means I passed medical exam?

Just recently received an AOR and biometric request a few months after my upfront medical. Does this mean I passed my medical exam?
I didn't receive any letter of pass or fail. Just a completed medical from the clinic. I don't have access to my application as it is managed by my employer in Quebec.
I worry about my medical since I had a very recent surgery done to remove a benign tumor that damage my right kidney.
Every blood tests should be normal as I've been monitoring myself since the surgery.

Have you seen your medical results? If it is flagged then it will go for further review.

I haven't seen the results as our employer doesn't update us regarding it.
I did receive a furtherance from the Embassy and completed it.
After that, no more emails. Do they reject applicants during the medical?
