Does Arya Samaj temple marriage certificate is considered valid by CIC

I have question.

Does anyone know that if marriage ceremony performed in Arya Samaj and marriage certificate from Arya Samaj is consider valid by CIC or High Commission of New Delhi ?

Is marriage certificate issue by Arya Samaj Mandir/temple is enough to submit for spousal application for PR ?

I would recommend getting ur marriage registered with local marriage registrar in india.
They are legal authority on marriage certificates. I dont think canadian govt will accept a temple's certificate.

Any certi by temole or Arya samaj or marriage burrow will not be consider by CIC Delhi. Off course It will help to register with Registrar of Marriage
Which is Govt authority.They issue Memorandum of Marriage certi with Govt Seal(Stamp).

My cousin who applied with arya samaj certificate for her wife in 2006 .

For that was for USA and USA immigration accepted it.

Buddy that was in 2006.
You can apply with araya samaj certificate. But the question you have to ask your self is that "do you want to take risk?"
